Mainstay provided structural design of multiple Ride Aid store renovations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mainstay created an efficient procedure to provide structural plans specific to the site conditions and governing codes based on the standard Rite Aid prototype.  Site adaptation includes a foundation plan based on geotechnical findings and member size adjustments based on governing snow loads and lateral requirements.
