Mainstay provided structural engineering consultation services for the proposed office building relocation study to be located at the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Jefferson Street in Philadelphia, PA.

The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) desires to consolidate their operations office into a proposed 6 story building with a total of 160,000 SF over approximately 1,000 SF of commercial street level space.
