Safari Energy prepared roof staging plans for the installation of new solar equipment on the roof of the Columbiana Centre Mall in Columbia, SC. Prior to this project, Mainstay completed a roof load analysis study for the installation of solar panels on the roof of this structure.

Mainstay provided structural evaluation of the existing roof framing, support structure and foundations to determine the maximum load capacity in the identified staging areas. Mainstay prepared a letter report summarizing the existing conditions, methods of analysis, conclusions of the analysis and recommendations for improvements, if applicable.
