OVERVIEW

The property previously was a 2-story office building. The client desired to convert the building into a 1st floor restaurant and a 2nd floor meeting/banquet facility with a 1,200 SF foyer addition.

 

Mainstay provided civil land development design for 21,983 SF of land located on the northerly side of W Cheltenham Avenue, northwest of Old York Road (S.R. 0611) in Cheltenham Township, PA.  Services included providing engineered parking lot design and underground stormwater detention facilities. Mainstay also facilitated Land Development approval, Sewage Planning approval, and coordinated multiple cross-parking and cross-access easement agreements with the applicant and his attorney.
