Mainstay is responsible for the design of sixteen large manufacturing buildings on site and several are multi-story with significant vertical loading requirements. These higher loads and the sensitivity of the structure and the working floors to movement mandated the use of deep foundations. Mainstay’s extensive experience with heavy and detailed foundation design has allowed our structural design team to provide the most effective and efficient foundation system for the Owner.
