Furman Stormwater Master Plan: Mainstay has been the professional in charge of the Master Plan for over 20 years, and currently updates the County each time a civil project is completed.

Mainstay has provided either or both Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering for older projects for over 30 years. Some of the facilities Mainstay has provided design for include: Thomas A Roe Art Building, Tennis Center, Furman Chapel, Soccer Field, John Johns Hall, Stone Residence, Furman Hall, Amphitheater, Yountz Conference Center, Duke Library, Watkins Center, Administration Building and Welcome Center, Hipp Hall, Band Shell, Dining Hall, Chiller Plant, and Band Shell.
