The University of Pennsylvania is world-renowned for its school of veterinary medicine and its equine center at New Bolton.  Mainstay is part of a team of designers who blend the requirements of traditional land development, civil engineering and construction with the specialties of medicine and scientific processes, all while building within an existing and active academic and research campus. 

Mainstay provided civil and structural design for several completed and ongoing projects at Penn's equestrian center including a new 2,500 SF aquaculture building (2005), north campus parking lot renovation and storm water remediation (2008), multiple surgical suite and lab renovations (2007), and new $13MM iso-colic and digestion facility.
