Mainstay provided civil and structural design to integrate a new mezzanine into an existing retail food market at the Reading Terminal Market in the convention center neighborhood. Mainstay delivered schematics, design development documents, final owner review documents and documents for Permit Construction. 

The Reading Terminal Market is a 12,000 SF commercial space where vendors and customers come together in a famously dynamic atmosphere to enjoy unique gastronomic experiences.  Here Mainstay is part of a team of designers who blend the requirements of civil engineering and construction with the specialties of commercial spaces, all while building within an existing and active retail space.
