OVERVIEW

The Building 97 parking deck is a single-story precast double-tee structure with precast girders and columns.  During the routine maintenance repair of the deck, some deteriorated lateral diaphragm clips were uncovered.  Mainstay was consulted to observe the deteriorated clips and provide recommendations for remediation.  Preliminary documentation was initially provided to indicate the necessary repair as well as alternate solutions so that the most cost-effective solution could be identified. 

Mainstay provided construction level documentation for the final remediation improvements and observed the installation of the clips.
