OVERVIEW

The existing parking structure is a one story precast concrete structure supported on conventional reinforced cast-in-place concrete foundations. Existing precast design, erection and fabrication documentation was not available. Mainstay completed a site observation and survey to record damage and areas of concern. Damaged areas included compromised joints, spalled concrete and exposed rebar and cracked displaced sections. Information collected from the site visit was utilized to complete construction documentation.

Mainstay provided construction documentation for repairs to a one-story parking deck based on recommendations provided in an evaluation report prepared by Jacobs.
