OVERVIEW

The Hyatt Hotel in New Brunswick, NJ, utilizes a rear parking area for service staff.  The parking lot paving was found to be in poor condition, and Mainstay was hired to be the lead design consultant of the design-build team.  Mainstay completed a localized topographic survey of the lot, and developed design drawings for the complete restoration of the paving surface.  Documentation and design also considered the condition and location of existing utilities in the area.  Pavement restoration in certain areas was limited due to the shallow depth of existing underground stormwater facilities.
