Mainstay provided structural design of duplex and single family homes which focuses on the utilization of structural insulated panels (SIPs). The finished products have been employed in both market-rate and affordable housing communities.

Home Front Homes’ structural insulated panel (SIP) system creates a strong, green, energy-efficient envelope engineered for 21st century homes and commercial buildings. Home Front Homes has partnered with Mainstay in order to provide structural design based on SIPs for residential construction. Mainstay tailored the design process to address the specific components and techniques of affordable housing construction as well as the local codes and stringent wind load design criteria of Florida.
