Greene Countrie Village is a residential development of town homes and detached singles built during the 1960s and 1970s.

Mainstay was hired to identify provide civil structural and project management services for a $1.7 million dollar capital improvement project which included upgrades to site paving, drainage, structural retaining walls, stairs, sidewalks and lighting.  Our team worked within the allotted budget to provide capital improvements while minimizing impact to homeowners.
