OVERVIEW

Complete renovation of a 130,000 SF multi-level building and upgrading to research and development, all while meeting IBC 2000 requirements.  Project included a complete structural analysis requiring computer modeling, and the design of new stainless steel platforms, catwalks, mezzanine and mechanical penthouse.

This project was the 2008 ISPE Facility of the Year Award Winner for Equipment Innovation.  This innovative facility brought early and late phase clinical manufacturing and development scale-up together within a single facility to create a Pharmaceutical Development Center of excellence on the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA campus.
