BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB | PRINCETON PIKE PEER REVIEW
OVERVIEW
BMS is constructing a new facility at 3401 Princeton Pike in Trenton, NJ. The proposed building is a 4-story structure with a partial rooftop atrium and a partial basement. The proposed structure is composite steel wide flange beams and girders supported by wide flange columns on spread footing foundations. Construction level documentation was prepared by The Harman Group in conjunction with Gensler Architects. Structural documentation is approximately 60 sheets.
Mainstay provided structural peer review consultation services to BMS. The peer review included a review of the documentation for any coordination issues or design considerations that may not have been accounted for in the design. Mainstay took a high-level look at the design of the structure; this peer review is not intended to be a verification of all design elements.
