BMS is constructing an approximately 2,500 SF office and lab addition to building 125 on their New Brunswick Campus to create a new annex that will house a canteen, conference rooms and a dedicated GQRC office area. 

Mainstay provided civil and structural engineering consultation services to IPS for the preparation of detail design documentation. Mainstay also performed construction administration for the new addition.
