STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER - CHERRY HILL, NJ

Job Requirements:

  • 1-5 years related building design experience
  • EIT Certification with path to PE Licensure
  • BS in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Strong technical skills and competency with relevant building codes, standards and material specific specifications
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to understand and dissect the built environment
  • Affinity towards problem solving and a commitment to client service
  • Experience with OSHA’s 1910 Subpart D Walking-Working Surfaces Regulations
  • Experience with the ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Code and Active System Design
  • Experience with the RAM Structural System
  • Experience with FEM software such as RAM Elements, RISA or STAAD
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit software


Job Responsibilities:
Act as structural design engineer and project coordinator for commercial, industrial, institutional and pharmaceutical design projects. Work with Project Manager and with facility owners to perform site assessments, generate solutions, prepare structural design calculations, design and specify active fall arrest systems, prepare construction documentation, and provide construction administration and oversight services. A detail oriented individual committed to customer service and with strong technical and communication skills is a must. ​




STRUCTURAL PROJECT ENGINEER II - NORTH WALES, PA


Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years related design experience

  • BS in Civil/Structural engineering, MS preferred

  • PE, SE or ability to attain within a year

  • Strong managerial and communication skills

  • Experience with the RAM Structural System

  • ​Experience with FEM software such as RAM Elements, RISA or STAAD

  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit software


Job Responsibilities:
Act as structural lead engineer for commercial, industrial, institutional and pharmaceutical design projects. Supervise and mentor junior engineers. Perform design calculations, prepare drawings, write material specifications and perform shop drawing review.
